Ethan Wang

Prior to BharCap, Ethan spent seven years as a member of Pine Brook’s financial services investment team. He represented Pine Brook as a board director of Trinitas Capital Management, WhiteStar Asset Management, Belmont Green and Fair Square Financial, and as an observer on the board of Kapitus and Better Mortgage.

Before joining Pine Brook, Ethan was with JLL Partners, where he spent two years focusing on specialty finance, healthcare and business services opportunities. Prior to that, he was an analyst with Milestone Advisors, which was later acquired by Houlihan Lokey.

He is currently on the Board of ARMStrong Insurance Services, Clarus Capital, Electronic Merchant Systems, Insurvia, Modera Wealth Management, Red Oak Inventory Finance and TRIA Capital Partners.

Ethan holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago (with high honors).
